FullRO is a server wherein you will feel your belongingness and acceptance of other players with you. A lot, if not all, where very friendly and very down to earth. FullRO is one of the best servers i've played in. Player are friendly. GMs are approachable. Quests have reasonable requirements. LAGLESS :). There is always an event. Players still have to work hard to get the MVP cards (except if you donate). What i hate about this server is the stat seller npc. Where in you could max out your character's stat if you have zeny. This cancels out the strategic distribution of stat points, which could be more exciting when playing a great MMORPG like this.
